Control of kaizen, Poka yoke, CAPA and Quality improvement action at JNS Manesar plant. Knowledge and understanding of 7-QC Tools & 5’S implementation. Involve in TS16949 related documents & maintain its record. Well knowledge about the PCB hardware, component and SMT process. Responsible for Process quality audits during manufacturing process. MSA of operators to check & update their skills. Analysis of non conformity. Monitor customer complaints. Functional testing of various types of PCB’s. To hand any problem related to FCT (function tester) & ICT (In circuit tester). Use functionalities of CRO, Function generator, Multimeter. Perform the RCA (root cause analysis) of the Boards which are failed during ON Line/Off Line, DC Voltage Test and in Performance Test. Take appropriate correction and corrective actions/preventive actions based on RCA findings. Ensure no stoppage in the manufacturing due to Test stations breakdown/ failures. Guide and educate production operators/repair technicians for the test, methods, and new changes time to time. To ensure calibration status of all instrument used for testing & follow the procedure for calibration of all testing & measuring instruments. Performs the set-up, calibration, testing, debugging and attend breakdown of Test Station. Spare management of FCT & ICT fixture. Monitor and take corrective actions in order to keep testing process parameters within defined limits.
