- 3. • Click Upload My Files, enter the displayed Add form • Attach files • Click Submit Upload My Files – Employee Login With File Sharing or Employee space, employees can share files by uploading them and view files uploaded by others files and search for the same.
- 4. • Click View Uploaded Files to view list of files uploaded by the employee itself. View Uploaded files – Employee Login View Shared files – Employee Login • To view shared files click View Shared Files in Employee space module. It contains the files share by the other employees.

Search Files – Employee Login View shared and Uploaded files – Admin Login • To Search files click Search Files in Employee space module. • Enter the Search form details and click Submit This option is available only to Administrator. Both the shared files by the employees and uploaded files can be viewed.
