This study investigates the effects of isolated and combined weight and plyometric training on various physical and physiological variables among college men in Andhra Pradesh, India. Over 12 weeks, 80 participants were divided into four groups, with the experimental groups undergoing specific training regimens, while the control group maintained regular activities. Results indicated significant enhancements in explosive power, muscular endurance, strength, speed, and cardiovascular endurance across training groups compared to the control group.
