James Formica has a BBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati with a 3.33 GPA. He has work experience in sales and customer service roles at Lowe's, Hyatt Regency, and currently at LensCrafters where he meets and exceeds sales goals. He has additional experience in training, coaching, and educating employees. Formica also held leadership roles in his fraternity where he coordinated pledges and assisted with fundraising, and was Vice President of his university's Developing and Emerging Nations Club.
