- 3. STEPS: 1. Fill all the data in Excel as per the KOHA format and Save the already filled data in CSV format.
- 4. UPLOAD THE CSV FORMAT FILE IN KOHA
- 5. COLLECT ALL PHOTOS IN JPEG, PNG, GIF, XMP FORMAT. 1. The file name of all the photos should be in name or in the card number. 2. If the name is given then firstly need to remove the space between the name or can use underscore (_) for connecting the surname and first name. 3. If the file name is in number wise then it will be easy for uploading.
- 6. CREATE A FILE IN “TXT “ FORMAT BY COMBINING THE CARD NUMBER OR NAME WITH THE IMAGE FILE WITH THE FILE FORMAT. Remark: Save the combined file by naming DATALINK.TXT or IDLINK.TXT. or
- 7. COMPRESS THE TWO FILE THAT IS IDLINK.TXT WITH THE ALL PHOTOS FILE INTO ZIP FILE AND SAVE IT.
