- #17: בשקף הזה פשוט עוברים בקצרה על התכונות המרכזיות של הפורטל. הפורטל עובד עם קבצי PDF. ניתן לסגור כל קובץ כ PDF ולעבוד עם הפורטל. 3. יש ארגונים שמעדיפים התקנה של הפורטל על שרתי החברה, מטעמים של אבטחת מידע. זה גם אפשרי. 4. הפורטל תומך בתהליך חתימות מרובה נמענים והופך אותו לקל למעקב וניתור – מקבלים התראות חתימה של כל נמען (אופציונאלי, לא חובה). 5. תהליך החתימה האונלייני הוא בזמן אמת – לשיחה וחתימה בזמן אמת על מסמכים. המסכים מסונכרנים, נציג השירות מלווה את הלקוח לחתימה נוחה וידידותית.
- #20: בפורטל שני סרגלי ניווט מרכזיים באמצעותם מבצעים את הפעולות המרכזיות של הפורטל. (כיום). בסרגל העליון ניתן לבחור את תהליך החתימה הרצוי. כמו כן, בסרגל העליון נמצא האזור האישי שם ניתן לערוך העדפות- קבלת התראות חתימה ושפת מערכת, שם ניתן לצפות בקוד המשתמש שלי. באזור האישי ניתן גם לנהל קבוצות שליחה (למשל – מחלקה משפטית) ולהתנתק מהמערכת. הסרגל הצידי מאגד את הפעולות הקשורות לניהול אנשי הקשר ולניהול הטמפלטים שעימם עובדים. רק באזור TEMPLATES ניתן לערוך מסמכים. בניהול אנשי קשר ניתן גם לקבוע שליחת התראות לנמען בסמס ולא למייל (כשהמייל הוא הדיפולט).
- #22: הפורטל מאפשר שליחת בקשות לחתימה לנמענים באמצעות סמס עם לינק לנייד או באמצעות המייל
- #23: הפורטל מאפשר ללקוחותינו לערוך טפסים עצמאית. שירות נלווה שאנו מספקים הוא עריכת טפסים דיגיטליים (טמפלטים) עבור הלקוח, ואז כל שנותר ללקוח לעשות זה לשלוח את מסמכים לחתימה.
- #24: הפורטל מזהה בצורה אוטומטית על PDF: שדות חתימה, שדות טקסט, צ'ק בוקסים ואלמנטים נוספים והופך אותם ל"חיים", פעילים. נציג השירות מגדיר אם הוא זה שממלא את השדות או שהנמען ימלא את השדות (בעקרון שניהם יכולים), הנציג מגדיר מה שדה חובה, מוסיף שדות חתימה אם צריך, משייך להם נמען (נפתח פופ אפ שמבקש ממנו לבחור איש קשר או שפשוט ניתן להכניס מייל או טלפון חדשים). במידה ומדובר בחתימה של מספר נמענים - הלקוח יכול לבחור סדר מחייב לחתימת המסמך (אופציונאלי). כל נמען מקבל התראות רק על החתימות הרלוונטיות אליו! המערכת שלנו מאפשרת לבחור גם את סוג החתימה – גרפית כדיפולט, אפשר לסמן "וי" לכרטיס חכם.
- #25: האופציה השנייה היא לא להסתבך ולעבוד עם טמפלטים שאנו מכינים ללקוח מראש. הם צריכים להגדיר אילו שדות צריכים להיות במסמך, מה חובה, מי הנמענים וכו, אנחנו בונים עבורם את הטפסים הדיגיטליים ומעלים למערכת. הם צריכים רק לשלוח אותם.
- #26: תהליך החתימה אונליין – שליחת מסמכים לחתימה עבור נמען מרוחק – הרעיון של התהליך הזה הוא "זמן אמת". הוא מאפשר לנציג השירות והלקוח לחוות חווית שירות לקוחות דומה לחווית "פנים אל פנים", רק מרחוק. שני היוזרים- הנציג והלקוח נמצאים בו זמנית על המסמך, מה שמאפשר לנציג השירות להדריך את הלקוח ולכוון אותו.
- #27: ברגע שהנמען נכנס למסמך מרחוק (נשלח לינק בסמס) המסכים מסונכרנים בצורה מלאה כך שכל תנועה שאחד מהצדדים עושה, משתקפת גם במסך של השני.
- #28: דף הנחיתה המוביילי אליו מגיע הנמען לאחר שלחץ על הלינק מה-סמס– *הנמען רואה כמה חתימות יש במסמך, הוא רואה כמה מהן נחתמו וכמה לא. *הוא יכול ללחוץ על כפתור שיציג לו את כל החתימות במסמך – לחתימה מהירה של כל המסמך. לחיצה על כל שדה חתימה תקפיץ אותו למקום הרלוונטי במסמך.
- #29: לאחר החתימה של הנמען מרחוק על הטופס, נציג השירות סוגר את המסמך עם חתימה דיגיטלית מאושרת.
- #30: תהליך חתימה אופליין – כאן נציג השירות והנמען לא צריכים להיות מחוברים בו זמנית. ניתן לשלוח את המסמך למנען אחד או למספר נמענים למייל או כסמס. מטרת התהליך לזרז תהליכי חתימה מסובכים המערבים מספר נמענים לתהליך אוטומטי, דיגיטלי, מבוקר ויעיל.
- #31: בתהליך רב נמענים ניתן לקבוע סדר מחייב לחתימות שעד שנמען א' לא חותם, נמען ב' לא יקבל התראה לחתימה ולא יוכל לחתום על המסמך. כל נמען מקבל התראות רק על החתימות שלו במסמך. בעתיד נרצה להוסיף גם אופציה לקבל התראות כשנמען לא חתם פרק זמן מסוים על מסמך (כרגע עוד לא קיים).
- #32: ניתן לצפות בסטטוס של כל מסמך- "נשלח", "נצפה" או "נחתם" . בדשבורד ניתן לסנן את המסמכים ולבדוק אילו מסמכים עדיין בתהליכי חתימה, מי חתם עליהם, מי רק צפה בהם וכו.
- #33: ניתן לקבל התראות למייל על כל נמען שחתם על המסמך. אפשר גם לכבות אופציה זאת.
- #34: ניתן לנהל קבוצות שליחה קבועות במידה ויש קבוצות קבועות של אנשים אליהם המשתמש מעוניין לשלוח מסמכים שונים / טמפלטים שחוזרים על עצמם. כיום אזור ניהול הקבוצות נמצא תחת האזור האישי.
- #35: תהליך אשר מתאים לכל עצמאי ולכל עובד בארגון אשר נדרש לחתום על מסמכים. התהליך מאפשר להעלות מסמכים, להוסיף להם שדות חתימה, לחתום עליהם, לשלוח אותם ולשמור אותם.
- #36: לוחצים על הוספת שדה חתימה - אין הגבלה לשדות החתימה שניתן להוסיף על מסמך. כמו כן המערכת מזהה שדות קיימים על מסמכי PDF והופכת אותם ל"חיים", פעילים. ניתן לתת לשדה החתימה שם, לוחצים על כפתור "הבא", חותמים על שדות החתימה, לוחצים על כפתור DONE ובכך הסתיים תהליך החתימה על המסמך. לאחר מכן – ניתן לשלוח את המסמך לנמענים וגם לשמור את המסמך על המחשב.
