I have 15 years of experience, working across a variety of sectors: telecommunications, education, social innovation, financial services. I've helped organisations in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US launch innovative product and services. Until recently I have worked as a Creative Director at frog, where I have helped teams and clients translate insights from human-centered research into innovative and viable concepts. I also helped articulate the loose signals and trends in the design and technology sectors. Prior to joining frog, I held design management positions at Education First (Shanghai), the Web Foundation (London), Vodafone Global (London).
