LFFdigital Leeds: Fast feedback 8th
October 2015
Describe this event in five words
Best part of the event
• Interesting discussion around related topics – following lead in sessions. Great to see where concepts
lead us – various rabbit holes.
• The afternoon discussion – just before lunch and all afternoon
• Cross-functional conversations
• Creating the enabling environment for innovation (I loved our model  )
• Writing our response to question on the wall
• Small group work
Least interesting part of the event
• Filling in the evaluation form!
• The development of our own model (still
really interesting 7/10 – really enjoyed the
conversation where critiquing with other
team, but still right to work in smaller
groups first then get more creativity)
• Potentially useful discussions being cut
short with strict adherence to timetable
• The usual of trying to stay with it when
people rambled on or went off topic at
length
• Presentations (maybe I had already read?)

October 2015
What we can do to make the event better
• Opportunity to participate virtually
• Run it again 
• Really good, would like to continue being involved
• Greater flexibility with timing: allow people to complete their discussions
• Loved the format with reflection time and the start of the day with refreshments AND getting brain going
– excellent!
Anything else on your mind?
• Really interesting event with practical strategies
• Please link into other for a doing related work, e.g. RSA transformation network
• Love the idea of a Fuck Up Forum, would be great to get the concept moving
• Roxanne – share an idea for a project  Loved meeting Chris and virtual Paul
• Thank you, was a really interesting day
‘Ultimate’ question: as a result of taking part….
I feel able to start conversations about failure
with colleagues in my organisation
I feel able to start conversations about failure
with colleagues other organisations
I feel more able to formally engage with addressing
problems in the work of my organisation
I would recommend ‘practical strategies for learning
from failure’ to a colleague
