Bathory ride on the outside edge- Some laugh- Some stare- Some gasp Hanging on by a thread As I stand upon the saddle and prepare Reaching out- Reaching in- For the Ring. I will catch the ring. No fear will bind me People warn me to get down Each time it passes by People say I will be harmed I stretch inside to find another way People never understand me I will catch the ring. But I will catch the ring. It doesn’t matter, The ring does not need to be shiny If I am old or young-rich or poor It does not need to bring me fame or How many times I need to go around fortune I will catch the ring. When I catch it no one will cheer But I will catch the ring. People stand along the sides and watch me as I pass them by Once within my fingers They are never riders- I can just hand it back in or pass part Yet they always doubt me of me onto the next rider But I will catch the ring. The ring I catch remains inside me.

- 14. The Missing Ring To learn - to teach, to be determined, to find opportunities in me and everywhere, to bounce back with resiliency and to inspire the world to work together collectively is Altruism
- 15. Where do the rings fit in and where do they lead? The rings are a means to identify potential SB leaders and entrepreneurs who may be successful in the global marketplace. They lead into new economic paradigms (such as the EU/Italy Project by Fabio Masso) They lead into new economic and dynamic models such as I will describe in the next few slides
- 16. Nash’s Equilibrium Nash explored the outcomes of competition in non-cooperative games and found that the probability of a winner lessened as the competitors eliminated each other and that the payoff would be greater if they worked collaboratively at the decision or point s of equilibrium. In cooperative games, he noted that shared information was often used in a manner to create non-cooperation (e.g. business, politics) In a truly cooperative game, the players all look for the best solution for everyone

Will Autonomy versus Do I (we) really need your help? I (We) will show you that Isolation you are not needed. Purpose Identity versus What is it that I (we) do? Why are we here? What Confusion business are we in? Competence Skills versus Do I (we) have the skills to do my (our) job(s) well, or am Proof Relational Dynamics Omission Evidence versus I (are we) missing something? I (we) have evidence of my skills and performance. If I Commission (we) do not have these: Can I (we) get by without you noticing? Can I (we) hide what I (we) cannot do or should have done? Passion Commitment versus I (we) will argue and fight with you to get you to see my Indifference (our) point, or I (we) will just find someone else to work with other than you. Share Transparency versus I am (We are) open to you exploring and questioning my Deception (our) work and knowledge because I (we) wish for you to learn and share with me (us). Altruistic “We versus Me” I am (We are) more concerned about the good of all and Wisdom the world than I am (we are) about my (our) own power, fame and fortune.

Path of the Ring ………… The last of humanity, sits atop a pile of all the gold and diamonds, clothed in platinum- frail and bony fingered, starving, breathing toxic gases. “The Winner” who fought their way to the top on the path of trampled masses, Or “The Loser” who consumed our greatest gift: each other and a world to share? The rings of wealth & knowledge we accumulate do not have to be hoarded; With wisdom they can be shared with the rest of the universe.
