- #12: This company was in the technology platform business. Identified some key markets, like China, India, Brasil. Built products for their main market, and altered them to enter those new markets.
- #14: In this company all projects took 3 months from being ready to being in the market. We investigated why, and the reason was very simple. The stakeholders were not very happy, but they were the ones creating the situation. You see, in this company the process stated that Localization of the product
