Environmental Management System 4.2  Environmental Policy   (1) develop a statement of the organization’s commitment to the environment. 4.3   Planning      4.3.1   Environmental Aspects and Impacts :  ( 2 ) identify environmental attributes of products, activities and services and their effects on the environment. 4.3.2   Legal and Other Requirements  (3) identify and ensure access to relevant laws and regulations. 4.3.3   Objectives and Targets :  (4) set environmental goals for the organization. 4.3.4   Environmental Management Program :  (5) plan actions to achieve objectives and targets.
