RACI Matrix
A RACI diagram is used to describe the roles of various teams or people in
a project. It is an acronym formed from the four participatory roles that it
describes:
 Responsible represents those that get the job done
 Accountable represents those that take the credit for success or
responsibility for failure
 Consulted represents those whose opinions are sought (2 way
communication)
 Informed represents those that are kept up-to-date on progress (1 way
communication)
