AZRUL AMRI BIN JAMAL Abstract Lecturer Evaluation System are used to see how the performance of lecturer in the class daily. Student are the one who are give the rating for the lecturer at the end of lecture. This system will help the student to give its opinion or ask the lecture about the lecture at that day online. All university have lecturer assessment system but this system will provide assessment as soon as lecture end. So lecturer can see it performance as soon as class ended. At the end of semester lecturer can see he or she performance through graph rating by student Objective 1) To study a current problem in processed of lecturer evaluation 2) To design an online system that can upgrade the lecturer evaluation system. 3) To develop an online system that works when the students can give ratings and comments on lecturer teaching as soon as class end. Concept 1) Weighted Sum Model in Lecturer Evaluation System -To calculate the average of mark of the evaluation that give by student weighted sum model is one way to calculate it. 2) The system will only the assessment of lecturer based on evaluation by students. 3) This system will only use by student and lecturer and does not involve anyone else. 4) This system can generate smart reports Benefit 1)Save time 2)Flexibility 3)Generate reports in minutes 4)Increase student response rate System Conclusion This system will help student to evaluate lecturer as soon as class end. This system will make student easier to evaluate lecturer as its online. Lecturer also can see the result of the evaluation through report as they can improvise it teaching. For conclusion, this system is important to improve our university management.
