It’s impossible to operate a studio and launch a startup
at the same time
It’s impossible to launch a startup with hired team from 0
You need to find an operational director for a studio who
will manage all its’ processes
You need to hire a completely new team for startup, you
can’t drag resources from a studio
You need to have separate investments and budget
for startup not to depend on studio
To close holes in competencies you need to have partners
and product leaders from a market you’re stepping into

You understand how to evolve and where to go
Gives you a stable low profit
Quick return of investments

Hard to upscale
A lot of problems with a team
