I choose this roombecause its
catch my attention this room will help
the student skillful technical-vocational
roomis a room that teaches student
and providing a good quality of
education, you can learn lot from this
roomlike electronics. While observing
about this room I see how student deal
with how teacher discusshis lesson.
There was also a time when the
teacher gives an activity every student
participate well. Being an observer of
that roomis so appreciable; I learn a lot
of this roomI learn how teacher deal
with the question asking by the students
and how he manage those question.
Much strategy use by the
teacher of this roomif you are listening
you can learn a lot about the subject
matter teach by the teacher. After the
discussion of the teacher many
applicable activity given by the teacher
like soldering, cleaning a specific
appliances most of the student are
skillful in this subject.
The teacher also uses materials
that are applicable for his subject. And
in terms of the room this room is not

1. Visit the library, computer laboratory and the learning Resource center.
Write an evaluation of the educational materials therein in terms of their,
Adequacy, Relevance and Availability.
Use a matrix similar to what is given below for your evaluation.
Learning Resource Criteria Written Evaluation

1. Answer the question below. Place your answer on a textbox and use any font
color that you desire.
a. Did the any of the resource centers live-up to your expectations? Why and why
not?
For me yes! During my observation this resource center has the availability
that can give the students and improve their skills, knowledge to be
productive. Also this resource center can really help the students in shaping
their mind in cognitive aspect.
Through the use of this resource center it helps the student know more
about specific idea, information that can help them a lot.
b. What are the common attitudes of the teachers and students towardsthese
centers?
During my observation in library there is a teacher in charge to manage
the library she is the guidance of the students during researching, and also
the teacher is the organizer of the books inside the library.
During my observation in computer laboratory teacher teach their
students basically so that they can catch up what he teach, students are
too aggressive to use this technology that really help them to improve their
literacy regarding computer.
Learning resources in these area students are supportive because they are
known that this resource center can really help a lot for them in terms of
skill and cognitive aspect that they can use in everyday life.
Located in the library building, our computer lab is fully equipped with 32 eMacs, a laser
printer, scanner and related resources. The computers are connected to a school-wide
network with internet access, which enables our students to work on projectsat any of
our computers and allows teachers to track their progress.
All classes use the lab 30 to 60 minutes a week, depending on the grade level. The
students develop their computer literacy, keyboarding, writing and math skills with
softwaresuch as Kid Pix, Type to Learn, Student Writing Center, Hyper Studio, Math Stars
and AppleWorks. Our reading comprehension and assessment programs, Accelerated
Reader and STAR, track the students’ performance and growth. These applications,
with other interactive software, complement the classroom’s curriculumin creativearts,
language, mathematics and science. Whereas the emphasis for lower grades is on the
development of basic drawing, reading, writing and math skills, the focus for upper
grades broadens to include the creation of spreadsheets, slideshows and multimedia
projects.

THE ED TECH TEACHER
By. JARRY FUENTES
A shocking, fantastic and energitic teacher
He is my ed tech teacher
A loving and caring person
With dignity for his profession
First time I meet this teacher
One word I can share
He strict and joker
With standard for his career
When he give an activity
Be good and work properly
Once you past your work
Expect the nice or insulted comment of your work
But in that situation
All of us has a motivation
Through the comment of our ed tech teacher
We are mold and enhance our career
He is expert in new technology
He is extra ordinary
He is compititive teacher
He is my ed tech teacher
I will never forget you sir
A knowledgable teacher
No one can forget him
The name behind this poem
Mr. Vicmar Solano, I salute you sir
1. Interview some teachers from the College of Education. Ask them to give
their comments on this statement: “Teachers who use modern gadget s and
devices are bet t er t han t hose who don’t .” Lay-out their answers on a design
similar to what is shown below. On the text box, write your own opinion
regarding the matter.
Idea
Name: JULIANA A. CAPAPAS
Position: Asso. Professor V
Comment:Teachers who used modern gadget
And devices, it assists the teacher to be
innovativein teaching. We cannot deny that use the latest
technology provide cognitivesupport to the learners and
providesanimus for discussion and communication among
learners. Therefore teacher should use a modern
gadgets/technology to become competitive than
who don’t.
Name: OLIVER A. ARGUILLES
Position: Asso. Prof. 1
Comment:It’s nice to have modern gadgets,
However the school cannot provideit sufficiently.
Its better that you have knowledge in terms of
the latest technology.
Name: Mrs. Pearl Joy Mirasol
Position:College ofEducationInstructor
Comment: The use of modern gadgets and devices
Inteaching is of great help in relaying the information
to the students. However it doesn’t mean that if you are a teacher
using modern devicesyou are better that those who don’t. It is on
the process, methods, strategies, of the teacher how to become
competitive educator.
My Opinion
“Teachers who use
modern gadgets and
devices are better
than those who don’t”.
For me teacher who
used modern devices
are advantage to
those who don’t
because if we know
how to use this latest
technology we are
updated, and this also
help us in the field of
teaching we can give
extra information to
our students through
the use of this latest
technology and
became our work
easier. I am so much
agree with the
statement given by
those who I have

According to my evaluation in designing a bulletin board is depending on the subject
you have taught it may also be vary to your design regarding the teacher
characteristics becausethere are some teacher that when they design a bulletin board
it may be they design that according to their taste or personality.
As a teacher wealso consider the factors affecting in designing a bulletin board we
must think that when wedesign a bulletin board is that applicable to the subject that
we havetaught.
Field study is the subject where in field study students out of the school campus to
observe a new learning environment in different field of teaching.
My fs experience is so unforgettablemy expectation to the school wereI observe that
we will be accommodated and they can help me a lot in terms of cognitive and
psychological aspect but it was wrong to my expectation. During my observation some
teachers are not willing to help us because they said that we are disturbing there
classes while we take pictures to those educational devices that they use. Even though
we havea permit to the principal.
During my observation first day of visit to my cooperating school (CRAAHS) I see a new
learning environment the school is much updated when it comes to latest technology, I
see the classroomorganize and conducive to learning that every students can
participate even though that some of the classroomare needs renovation due to
typhoon Yolanda, but still they undergo classes.
In my next visit I study the different learning resource center of that school like the
library, computer laboratory in this area I see the availability and relevancethat can
help to improve their knowledge and skills through the use of this learning resource
center is very important inside the school because it’s really help a lot in the cognitive
aspects of every students.
I learn also that being a teacher we must consider the factorsaffectingwhen we
designing our room, because in the school whereI observe I see the organize design of
a teacher and a room that conducive to learning that everyone can participate and
through this experience can really help me a lot in the field of teaching someday.
Being a field study students is very much thank you because of this subject we
experience the field of teaching and on how become a good educator someday.
Through this experience I have some strategy to be use in my field of teaching.
Every time that we observe in (CRAAHS) we learn new things experience that might be
the reason will lead us how to become a good and competitive teacher in our
students. Being a field study student is challenging you should expect first the behavior
and characteristics of the students and a teacher as well because you don’t what
would be the impact of this if you know their characteristic weshould be patient also
when weare entering in this field because all of us has its own individual differences.
At the end of this statement I would like to thank you our teacher sir Solano through this
subject we learn a lot in terms of cognitiveaspect and latest technology you know all
of us is hassle of this subject we experience difficulties in preparing this output but we
learn a lot fromyou sir we learn how to manage and follow the instruction that you
have given to us. I believe that technologycan help us to improve our life style but not
all the time we should rely on this technology weshould hav ealso limitation. But in over
all I learn a lot in this subject. “Thank You Sir”

  • 27. Field study is the subject where in field study students out of the school campus to observe a new learning environment in different field of teaching. My fs experience is so unforgettablemy expectation to the school wereI observe that we will be accommodated and they can help me a lot in terms of cognitive and psychological aspect but it was wrong to my expectation. During my observation some teachers are not willing to help us because they said that we are disturbing there classes while we take pictures to those educational devices that they use. Even though we havea permit to the principal. During my observation first day of visit to my cooperating school (CRAAHS) I see a new learning environment the school is much updated when it comes to latest technology, I see the classroomorganize and conducive to learning that every students can participate even though that some of the classroomare needs renovation due to typhoon Yolanda, but still they undergo classes. In my next visit I study the different learning resource center of that school like the library, computer laboratory in this area I see the availability and relevancethat can help to improve their knowledge and skills through the use of this learning resource center is very important inside the school because it’s really help a lot in the cognitive aspects of every students. I learn also that being a teacher we must consider the factorsaffectingwhen we designing our room, because in the school whereI observe I see the organize design of a teacher and a room that conducive to learning that everyone can participate and through this experience can really help me a lot in the field of teaching someday. Being a field study students is very much thank you because of this subject we experience the field of teaching and on how become a good educator someday. Through this experience I have some strategy to be use in my field of teaching. Every time that we observe in (CRAAHS) we learn new things experience that might be the reason will lead us how to become a good and competitive teacher in our students. Being a field study student is challenging you should expect first the behavior and characteristics of the students and a teacher as well because you don’t what would be the impact of this if you know their characteristic weshould be patient also when weare entering in this field because all of us has its own individual differences. At the end of this statement I would like to thank you our teacher sir Solano through this subject we learn a lot in terms of cognitiveaspect and latest technology you know all of us is hassle of this subject we experience difficulties in preparing this output but we learn a lot fromyou sir we learn how to manage and follow the instruction that you have given to us. I believe that technologycan help us to improve our life style but not all the time we should rely on this technology weshould hav ealso limitation. But in over all I learn a lot in this subject. “Thank You Sir”
