Our team of Recruiters will assist in identifying the right candidate in a timely fashion to ensure your business needs are met. All BCforward candidate’s are put through a 5-phase, 14 step recruiting process to ensure they are the right fit from a technical and business acumen perspective for the role. The 5-phase process includes:SourcingScreeningCurrent staff, internal referrals, consultant referrals, job boards, job fairs, and job postings are used as sourcing resources

Each category contains multiple individual metrics: ActivityQualityQuality metrics are designed to monitor the performance of Bcforward with regards to finding the right candidates for open positions. Activity metrics are designed to monitor the quantity of actions taken by BCforward as part of the program. ComplianceSpeedCostCostmetrics are designed to measure the cost saving activities created by Bcforward and passed into the program. Speed metrics are designed to measure the efficiency of Bcforward as part of the program. Compliance metrics are designed to monitor Bcforward compliance with on/off-board requirements and other contractual requirements.
