Med Techies seeking help could find your tutorials which incidentally, mention your careersite. 

Hmm… I am always trying to fill this job. This is the hardest req’ ever!
Create a video explaining the duties of a hard to fill job in a certain location. Get the attention of
passive candidates seeking the work and (maybe) those willing to relocate there. 

* No videos in the search results is a signal of opportunity for you to have
an advantage over competitors seeking the same talent.
What if people thinking about relocating to your city saw your videos? 
Hmm… How could you use this strategy to attract those relocating?
Using Google Suggest I see the most popular Google searches related to keywords and phrases.
If it were me, I would focus on videos that match these popular searches.

YOUTUBE SEARCH RESULTS
In other words, YouTube wants you
to stay on YouTube as long as possible.
They do this in a number of ways.
Psst… Did you know that you could benefit from the popularity
of other people’s recruitment videos? Just sayin’…
Google groups related videos together to increase view time on YouTube.
Google is also auto-generating topic pages. Look what I found when I
searched on “sourcing!”
Click on “Channels” and find more topic pages related to the topic page you are currently on.
This reminds me of how Amazon recommends books to its customers.
Submit a video to Fan Finder via your channel. Get exposed to potential subscribers for free.

SOURCING
Some people self-identify themselves according to their job title.
Everyone who has an account on YouTube does not fill out the “About” section but, many do.
Don’t forget that Google is not the only search engine out there.
I was pleasantly surprised by how many results Bing had vs Google.
Hmm… People who make tutorials might be people I want to hire.
At the least, they may have some referrals for me.
Producers of how-to videos and industry opinion may be good sources of hires and referrals.
Thanks YouTube for making it easy for me to contact people on your system.
This is cool. I can get an idea of how influential they are (a) and I can send an email to them (b) via their YouTube email box.

Hmm… Someone who comments on a nursing video might be a Registered Nurse.
Reach out to people who comment on videos related to what you recruit for.
It seems like there is a channel for everything!
Every channel has at least 3 lead sources: channel owner, commenters and subscribers.
