The QROWD Project is a Horizon 2020 project that runs from 2016-2019. It aims to develop an integrated platform to efficiently analyze open transportation and mobility data in order to reduce CO2 emissions and improve quality of life. The project has multiple partners across academia and industry. It will test its platform and tools in the city of Trento, Italy using local open data. The platform includes components for data acquisition, linking and fusion, and analytics to detect transportation modes from citizen smartphone data and spatial background knowledge.
