Flexible support is available from 2
years pre-discharge to 2 years
post-discharge.

leavers, from local, national and
international employers - via RightJob
 Dedicated employment support to
Wounded Injured & Sick personnel,
delivered by Specialist Employment
Consultants
 Focused support for Early Service Leavers
delivered via Hubs and in the community
 Access to Client Advisors via a Central
Support Team for resettlement tracking,
job matching and technical assistance.
 Effective links with charities and wider
organisations to support Service leavers
 Monthly employment bulletins,
resettlement newsletters, and industry
sector guides
TRAINING
For those entitled to the Full Resettlement
Programme:
 A range of funding options
 Time off work to undertake training
 Guidance from a dedicated Consultant on
selecting appropriate training
Access to a range of high quality CTP
courses, tailored to the needs of
Service leavers
 Courses are already either pre-paid by MOD
or funded by training grant
 Tailored to Service leavers’ needs: transfer
existing skills to a recognisable civilian
qualification, or learn new skills
 Qualifications recognised by employers
 Selection of training to suit those going into
Self Employment or Retirement
 Flagship training school, together with
regional delivery to take training to the
Service leaver
