Support for Service Leavers The official provider of Armed Forces Resettlement TRANSITION 10 regional centres in the UK and Germany offering: A range of workshops covering CV writing, networking, job searching and interviews Workshops and support for those considering self employment Dedicated Career Consultants providing advice, guidance and information on career direction, training and employment Comprehensive suite of online resources including a dedicated jobs board, CTP RightJob, personalised resettlement plan, career assessment tools, interview simulator and videos on a range of topics. Access to a range of events offering great networking opportunities including Job Fairs, employer open days and live chats. Flexible support is available from 2 years pre-discharge to 2 years post-discharge. EMPLOYMENT Working closely with the transition teams across the UK and Germany we provide: Employer Engagement, bringing thousands of vacancies and opportunities to Service leavers, from local, national and international employers - via RightJob Dedicated employment support to Wounded Injured & Sick personnel, delivered by Specialist Employment Consultants Focused support for Early Service Leavers delivered via Hubs and in the community Access to Client Advisors via a Central Support Team for resettlement tracking, job matching and technical assistance.
