- 1. Report & Record Keeping Course Description: To provide an understanding of the importance of good record keeping that meets the legal, clinical and accountability requirements of all care. This course is for residential and domiciliary care workers including carer’s, supervisors, trainers and managers who are working with older people, vulnerable adults and service users living in their own home. It is also suitable for residential or domiciliary care workers undertaking the Skills For Care Comon Induction Standards (CIS). Successful completion of this training will also provide you with direct knowledge evidence that can be used towards a QCF diploma.
