Make sure to check in and publish all files. • globalnav.css – (in Site Contents) /Style Library/GlobalNav/css/globalnav.css • global-nav.js – (in Site Contents) /Style Library/GlobalNav/js/global-nav.js • globalnav.css – (in Site Settings) Master Page Gallery • Navigate to Site Settings > Master Page (Under Look and Feel).
