- 1. The Property I Own I was confused about whom to contact – Is it Vendor Finance or a real estate agent to buy a property at a reasonable rate. I was in search of a property for investment purpose only. But, here too, I had to remain conscious that the one whom I am contacting doesn’t charge more prices from me and I get good property at the desired rate. Then, as per the instruction of some of my well wishers, I decided to contact Paul and Karen, who are Vendor Finance. Out of some of them, who had instructed me had even taken their services. My well wishers informed me that even if I am in short of money to buy the property I prefer, then they will support me and they are trustworthy as well. I did so and they found a good property for me in a very short duration. The property was in the centre of the city and cost was reasonable. Fund was short, which they adjusted and I repaid it on installment basis. All installments have been cleared and the property has been transferred to my name.
