Report Types • Administrative Reports Reports related to administrative information such as registration, student lists, etc. • Center Attendance Reports Reports related to Appointments and walk-ins to centers such as Traffic Analysis, Appointment History, etc. • Class Attendance Reports Reports related to class attendance such as Class Schedules, Absentees, Tardy Lists, etc. Generating Reports 2

Filtering Depending on the Report Type, you have several filter options to choose. 3 Reports Specialization Period Filter – Filters information based on time: Today, Last Week, Last Month, per Semester, or by selecting To/From dates on the calendar. Selection Filter - Apply report to run for only certain records by choosing those you want in the report. See below Let’s Try it Now!!!
- 4. Formats When you have selected all the filtering options you can then choose from the following formats: Adobe Acrobat PDF Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word HTML (Web Archive) XML CSV (Unformatted Excel) 4 Reports Specialization
- 5. E-mail when complete If you have a large report generating, Accudemia offers to e-mail the report to you once it has completely processed. Additionally, you can view the report later in the Report History. 5 Report Options
- 6. History This is where you can review recently ran reports. Use the Share Report button to send the reports you like via e-mail to all the people who need the report. Note: Report history is deleted after 30 days. 6 Report Options
