Hypothesis…1
 Because rural and remote areas have low
    population densities, they have traditionally
lagged behind in the adoption of high tech
    developments. However these areas
contribute significantly to the economy and
can benefit from high tech innovation. Thus,
we propose an online rural and remote
innovation agency that is a one-stop shop for
    remote collaboration, education, and support
for the purpose of spurring rural and remote
    innovation.

22/04/12 4
Hypothesis…2
 Urban areas have no lack of access to resources and knowledge for
those interested in high tech and for governments eager to spur
innovation. However, rural and remote areas lack such resources and
knowledge. However, rural and remote areas contribute significantly to
the economy, and should not be left out of the high tech arena. The
idea is that governments are willing to provide funds to an agency that
helps spur innovation in an area of the economy that is typically left
out of the innovation equation. The idea is also to connect interested
innovators in remote areas but in similar industries who are interested
in developing high tech applications and tools for their own use or for
    commercialization.
 For example, a farmer may have a great idea for a new agricultural
smartphone app but does not have access to development resources or
talent. Our agency can help link the farmer with developers and
innovators elsewhere, and provide an online collaborative work
environment, resources, and classroom instruction to realize the idea.

22/04/12 5
Revenue Model
 Revenue can be derived from two streams. First, members can
pay a monthly or annual fee for access to our online resources
and services, as well as educational material and instruction.
Each feature and service has an associated price tag. This will
be the main and stable source of revenue. Second, members
who cannot or otherwise do not want to pay the fees can opt to
have their project plans and ideas reviewed by a dedicated
committee for the purpose of determining whether the projects
are commercializable and ultimately profitable. If the results are
favourable then our company will take a stake in the projects in
exchange for free access to our services and resources.

22/04/12 6
What we Do
 We develop and provide the online
    collaborative tools to make innovation
happen as well as provide, for a fee,
the educational curricula as well as
resources, support, and access to our
    network of members.

22/04/12 7
Power question
                  Are you ready for
                     selling the mobile
                     app that was
                     developed by you
                     for a Millions of
                     dollars?

22/04/12 8
How we can help
 I think we can help you.
 We have university-level education curriculum
and tie ups with greatest resources of the
    industries.
 This will not only helps you in acquiring
    necessary technology knowledge but also
prepare you on how to get 10+ million $ in
venture funding and how to build up an
    internet empire like Facebook.
22/04/12 9
Why the prospect should act
now?
                Would you like to
                   schedule a strategy
                   session?
