This document presents a speech-based assistive device and IoT-enabled home automation system. The system uses an Android app to process voice commands from the user and convert them to text. The text is compared to trained words to generate control signals. The control signals are transmitted via Bluetooth to a Raspberry Pi controller that directs the movement of a voice-controlled wheelchair and controls home appliances based on the user's voice commands. The system aims to increase the quality of life and independence of paralyzed patients by allowing them to control their wheelchair and home using only their voice.
