Individual Differences and Human Variability
This document provides contact information for Jean Vettel of the Army Research Laboratory to discuss potential collaborations on projects related to human behavior and performance. It outlines some challenges in robustly measuring human performance in real-world environments and developing methods to detect dynamic changes. It seeks collaborators with expertise in areas like state detection from physiology and multimodal data integration. It also describes some of ARL's unique laboratory facilities and experimental datasets available to support collaborative research, including facilities focused on neurotechnology, cognitive assessment, and soldier performance, as well as expertise in translating research to applications. The overall research objectives are to understand individual differences in human performance and develop new methods for predicting performance.
