Component 2-Discussion of PLLP with my Principal
Component 3- Reflection
A. My Experiences in Doing the PLLP
As I write my Personal Lifelong Learning Plan, (PLLP) I am thinking and meditating my level of dedication in the teaching profession. Does the
dedication that I am showingto my learners will make and drive them to dotheir best? Are they motivated toattend to my class? Dothey have the
trustin me that I will teachthem the necessaryknowledge, skills, attitudes and values that they will be needing in their pursuitto higher education?
Am I the best teacher for them?
AsI continued writing my PLLP,I was able to realize that I still have many things to learn in order to become the best teacher formy learners. I
must still equip myself with the desired KSAV in order for me to teach and guide my pupils in their everyday life in school. For now,I’m not yet the
best but I am willing and ready to learn more and more. PLLP writing made me think of the things that I have done and these will direct me to
become a better teacher for I was able to learn from my experiences and was able to create a purposive lifelong plan.
These experiences and realizations will be my vitamin to take up every day to become the most productive, most efficient and the best teacher
that every learner deserves.
B. My Insights in writing my PLLP
Havinga Personal LifelongLearning Plan(PLLP) issomewhattaking upthe best vitamin prescribed bythe best educationdoctors. This will serve
as a guiding star in the everyday life of a teacher in performing his/her duties and responsibilities notonly in schoolbutalso in the community. This
plan will direct me straight to the best road for my leaners’ success.
I must have to be thankful to the persons behind this endeavor, for without them, I was not able to experience writing this plan that made me
realized my worthas a teacher. That, as a teacher, I must have to exemplify the best KSAVforthe learners to be motivated in goingto school every
day. This inspired me more to teach well my pupils wherein I was able to set standards and priorities to follow in order to put everything in order.
That I mustalso becomea role model to them. Inthis case, they will be motivated to attend my classes and their parents, too, will develop the trust
in me that their children will be safe and will learn much while they are with me.
Doing the responsibility to teach will never be enough. As a teacher, I must treat, teach and guide them as my own children. I must not stop
equipping myself with the things that I will be needing in my teaching-learning process.I must be kept abreast with all the changesand progress in
education so that I will not be left behind.
I,you,we are teachers and foreverwe are teachers. Let us notforget that we are bornto teach andwe are bornto show a tender and loving care
to our dear learners!
