A walking-friendly transit corridor can enlarge catchment area significantly. => i.e.,The “Integrated-boulevard “ lengthens BRT access walk distance by 150-170m controlling for confounding factors. 2. Accounting for corridor type and station context may improve transit ridership demand analysis in China. 3. Stop building superblocks and learn from the old typologies. => More mixed use, less building setback, traffic calming measures, parking restrictions, etc.
