6. 4 Practical Tips for Lead Facilitators
1.
2. Share details & clarify expectations with
co-facilitators, at least 2 weeks before!
○ Detailed agenda
○ Co-facilitator’s role throughout the
workshop
3. Do not play a dual role as table facilitator,
when:
○ you do not have experience with
large group LSP
○ you have not worked, nor observed
your co-facilitators in action
4. Always conduct facilitator briefing
(morning of the workshop)
1. Proactively network to identify co-facilitators that you can count on!
○ LSP facilitation experience matters e.g. what is the red brick?
○ Gather information on their breadth & depth in LSP application
