The State Library of NSW welcomes over 1 million onsite visitors and 4.3 million online visitors annually. It has an extensive collection valued at over $2 billion covering topics like WWI, Indigenous Australians, and the First Fleet. The library is looking to expand engagement through new digital experiences such as interactive surfaces, distance learning, community-created content, and gamification. It has had success with projects like its Digital Excellence Program and Curio social history platform. Those interested can contact Geoff Hinchcliffe, the Director of Digital Library Services.
