Daniel Pullin is the University Vice President for Strategic Planning and Economic Development at the University of Oklahoma. His key objectives are to create near-term economic development opportunities within the state, establish long-term leadership in innovation-based economic development by preparing students and alumni, and catalyze higher education's role in economic development. Pullin's office oversees the Corporate Engagement Office, Office of Technology Development, and Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth to promote partnerships between the university and private industry. Recent successes include earning an innovation and economic prosperity designation from the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities, cultivating major corporate engagements, and being named the 2013 Research Park of the Year.
