This document is a portfolio submitted by Cherry Mae D. Jakosalem, a student teacher at the University of Southeastern Philippines, for her Field Study 6 course. The portfolio documents her experiences and lessons during her practicum at Vicente Hizon Sr. Elementary School. It includes reflections on her microteaching, individual teaching, assessment and evaluation, test preparation and classroom management. It also contains two lesson plans she taught, with accompanying rubrics and evaluations. The portfolio aims to document her learnings and insights from her practicum experiences to help guide her future career as a teacher.
