Within the context of the group project there was evidence of the following competencies: In his/her planning and self-evaluation, the teacher shows that he/she is able to: __x__ integrate learners' previous learning experience in his/her language lessons __x__ present learning materials in a lively and relevant manner __x__ take into consideration the needs and interests of the learners __x__ recognise the level of language competence of the learners __x__ anticipate possible language problems and show evidence of envisaged solutions in his/her planning Remarks (Comments and Recommendations) The teacher has done a great job in presenting a reader-friendly, clearly structured dossier. She shows that she has prepared the lesson plan with lots of anticipation and knowledge for what she has in mind with her students. She is confident in her role as a teacher and is able to create a stimulating learning atmosphere. I believe it has accomplished all her goals and objectives in mind.
