An introduction
 In previous slides I try to give you the concept
of signal know its time to move on.
 Signal has two types.
 Analog signal.
 Digital signal.
 Analog signal are those signal that changes
them selves continuously.
 Lets have an example
2. analog signal
2. analog signal
 You can see that the graph is analogous.
 Each and every point can be found.
 You can say that the analog signal is the signal
which can take any value in the given limit.
 In the given example the limit is from 0 to 47
 As we are learning digital circuits so change
the given example into voltage. i.e. change
temperature at y axis to voltage v.
 Lets have a look.
2. analog signal
 The signal which is defined for the discreet
interval of time.
 It is a subset of analog signal.
 Lets understand it with an example.
 Lets we have to measure the temperature at 11
am daily.
 So lets make a graph for it.
 Have a look.
2. analog signal
 It is the old one but I take it as example .
 Know you can see it clearly the temperature of
different days at 11 am.
 We do not know about the temperature
between 11 am of day 1 and day 2.
 So this value of temperature between these two
days is not available to us.
 If we remove these parts off all days then the
graph will be as
2. analog signal
 These signals are actually analog.
 The difference is of measuring we are not
measuring the temperature of whole day.
 If we join all points the graph shows that it is
analog.
 That is why it is called subset of analog.
 All real life signals are analog signals.
 I hope you understand all this.
