       Pockets of innovators, but far from mainstream, significant differences in usage
        by Faculty

       Relative high satisfaction with access on campus…but could be improved…labs
        and teaching venues

       More use of mobile learning, ubiquitous wireless access points, move from labs
        to laptops?

       Increase Internet quota for students

       Targeted support for individual groups of staff and students

       Recognize champions who use ICTs creatively and widen application of
        technology in T&L

       Create a space to engage in a discussion around the use of institutional and non-
        institutional technologies to advocate comprehensive of use of ICTs in teaching
        and learning
