Why TPCM… Simple. Because we’ve been there. All TPCM personnel have operational and strategic experience in managing actual disaster and crisis events. We are qualified emergency management professionals. The combination of our academic and professional experience means we know the best practise theory and most importantly are able translate them into practice. We understand the challenges and dynamics within business having worked in both operational and corporate environments. We develop pragmatic, flexible and highly tailored solutions for our clients. We know that ‘one-size-DOES-NOT-fit-all’ so we don’t try to jam a square peg into a round hole. We strive to empower our clients and their staff to be able to effectively manage crises. We know that what sets us apart is our staff; so we invest in them. This means you can be confident that the consultant working with you is at the forefront of our field. We get the job done and done well. Every time. Which is why our valued clients regularly find opportunities to re-engage TPCM in follow up work. It’s widely recognised that every dollar spent in prevention, relates to about seven dollars saved in expenditure during the response and recovery stages of a critical event.
Our Values Best Practice and the Best People We get motivated by breaking new ground for our clients. We surround ourselves with only the best people. We invest in our staff who are continually supported in professional development. Value We’re not motivated by the money, we’re motivated by the work and the relationships we build. Integrity and Authenticity We value our reputation, our integrity and who we are above all else. We only do work that fits within our aligned values and beliefs. Enthusiastic Professional Culture We’re the best in our field and at our job, but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
