  • #14: Good afternoon. I am pretty direct and to the point. My job with Synergy and the FMIT is to support your Damage Assessment after a loss. I’m not here necessarily to change the way you do things….but rather provide help and capacity when needed in order to help get the ball rolling. Our field techs and ride-out teams will be positioned according to the event or post event as needed. As you have heard earlier….. Go to your simplicity account to tell us about your Damage Assessment Process so that we can have personnel ready to respond to your set expectations. If you don’t tell us what your plan and schedules are……it makes it tough for me to schedule help.

As you have heard earlier….. Go to your simplicity account to tell us about your Damage Assessment Process so that we can have personnel ready to respond to your set expectations. If you don’t tell us what your plan and schedules are……it makes it tough for me to schedule help.

I’m not here necessarily to change the way you do things….but rather provide help and capacity when needed in order to help get the ball rolling. Our field techs and ride-out teams will be positioned according to the event or post event as needed. • #36: This is another field application that allows for more detail and calculates estimated damages based on % to building value. This application pulls in data from you Insurance and Property schedule. The next example is a Thumb-Drive Application that we use if we have loss connectivity in the field or for your Departments to use immediately following an event. Our Team will distribute this Thumb Drive to those Members who we anticipate to be in a potential Storm Track or immediately following an Area-Wide Event. All of your property schedules/buidlings are on this drive. Again, these various applications help my Team do a better job serving and supporting your needs.
