This document provides an annual performance plan for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for 2019. It outlines six strategic pillars and objectives to guide the Board's work. The strategic pillars are: project development and resource allocation; workforce; physical infrastructure; technology; data; and public engagement and accountability. Key objectives include establishing effective processes to manage priorities and resources, attracting and retaining diverse talent, developing a long-term space strategy, improving data governance and infrastructure, and clearly communicating the Board's policy decisions to the public.
