Learning Activities:
(a) To strengthen the concept with practical life
situation (Lift or Escalator dh ctk; lhMh prefer djus dh vknr

(b) To report any other physical activity preferences in
place of inactivity behaviours like morning walk,
jogging or leisure time sports etc.
Validity Evaluation:
1. By teaching two colleagues on the above contents who
have not attended the inservice programme conducted
by SCERT on Feb. 25-29, 2008.
2. By answering questions posed by the resource person
or by the audience.
Achievement Records:
1. To self evaluate notes and complete the same with the
help of colleagues.
2. To prepare for a test on the contents and maintain the
evaluation score as one’s achievement level.
