There are several reasons for this, including: they cannot afford to raise a baby, the baby is born with an illness, or it was an unplanned pregnancy. The government needs to build more welfare housing to accommodate the increasing number of abandoned babies. Do people abandon babies in your country? If so, what happens? These kind of projects involve careful planning because if something goes wrong, it could cause serious damage to the environment.
