  • #6: Vi är en arbetgivare på 7000 anställda. Vi använder 2c8 som verktyg för att utveckla och utbilda alla chefer I processerna för att anställa, utbilda, vidareutveckla och omställa personal. Idag har vi fyra processer. För 3 år sedan hade vi inga. Vi gjorde olika från gång till annan. Säger Anders Hansson, Personalstrategiska enheten. Svenska bilprovningen ska privatiseras vilket innebär att huvudkontoret reduceras från 300 personer till 60. Vi har då tagit hjälp av 2conciliate med metod och verktyg för att kartlägga de processer som ska vara kvar för att säkerställa att det klart framgår hur dessa ska utföras på bästa sätt och av vilka resurser. Det är en utmaning men med 2c8 så har vi verkligen lyckats bra säger Göran Dahl, kvalitetschef på bilprovningen.
