- 2. What about importing files from online database services that don’t have a direct import to RefWorks? No Problem! We will use the ISI Web of Knowledge database to show you how to import text files.

- 5. Importing text files First choose All Databases from the tab options Thirdly, conduct a search in the search boxes. As an example, use the terms: Pollution or contamination or sewage or oil AND Marine or ocean or sea AND Biodiversity Secondly, change the drop downs to ‘topic’ Finally, click ‘Search’
