      Wellness Choices
       April 14 2010
Smart Goal:
• Specific: i want to eat and live more
  healthier.
• Measurable:I am going to eat small meals
  throughout the day as well as work out/ go
  running mondays wedensdays and
  saturdays.
• Attainable: I need to schedule time on
  mondays, wednesdays and saturday to go
  to the gym, and buy more health
  orientatied food.
• Realistic: My best friend and i signed a
  contract to keep eachother in line, so im
  going to do so.
• Timely: Im hoping my can change my ways
  within 3 weeks.
Factors to my Goal
• I was very surprised with all the factors to
  my goal.
• My self motivation was the best factor I
  think towards my goal. I knew I wanted to
  succeed so I tried my best.
• It was hard balancing my classes as well
  as friends and the involvement on campus.
• As long as I kept with my healthy habits
  and ate right as well as kept active my
  improvement was visible.
Resources
• Friends; They helped me with
  keeping on track, as well as always
  wanting to do active things with me.
• Myself; I knew what I wanted so I
  tried my hardest.
• Local Mountians for hiking
• Hub work out room and bikes
• Wii Fitness, so much fun and I love
  the Downhill skiing
• Yoga Class
March Weekly Routine*
•   Sunday: Resting Day/Wii Fitness
•   Monday: 2-3 Mile run
•   Tuesday: Yoga in am, Light run in pm
•   Wednesday: 2-3 Mile run
•   Thursday: Yoga in am, Light run in pm
•   Friday: Resting Day/Wii Fitness
•   Saturday: Resting day/Wii Fitness

           *I tried to stick to this the best I could
Conclusion/Assessment
• I am very proud of how far I have come.
• I’ve lost 2 inches on my waiste and can
  see the results in my stomach area.
• I tried to stick to my routine as best as I
  could and there was ony a few days that I
  couldn’t do what I wanted due to illness.
• Im still doing this routine and the nice
  weather really is helping with me staying
  outdoors.
• I’m going to start adding some weight
  training to my schedule.
