This document presents a case study on network analysis for a project. It includes the activities, their durations, and precedence relationships. The network diagram is drawn showing the critical path. The critical path is identified which has a duration of 10 weeks. The effect of changing the duration of activities D and F on the critical path duration is determined. If D is changed to 6 weeks, the critical path duration increases to 15 weeks. If F is changed to 8 weeks, the critical path duration increases to 14 weeks.
