Workshop Modules Training Module • Introduction to 56k.Cloud, Infrastructure Automation, DevOps, Public Cloud technologies, containers, orchestration, best practices, security, operations, DevOps, deployment, and support. Discovery Module • 56k.Cloud will analyze target architecture, current infrastructure, automation for both infrastructure and applications, Docker Swarm, security, application stacks, best practices and requirements. We will create a production readiness assessment, integration, and deployment strategy based on the Discovery Module. Definition Module • 56k.Cloud will define the scope of work with work packages and a roadmap based on the discovery module. Additionally, we scope the definition of security, network, logging, monitoring, and orchestration. Implementation Module • This covers the actual implementation of the work packages defined. As specific tasks have to be executed in an agile way, they are defined outside of this agreement utilizing Statements of Work (SOW).
