This document outlines AIESEC's global competency model, which identifies five key competencies that agents of positive change should demonstrate: global mindset, entrepreneurial outlook, social responsibility, emotional intelligence, and proactive learning. Each competency is defined and associated top behaviors are described in 1-2 sentences. The competencies focus on actively seeking diversity, innovating and managing opportunities, considering long-term social and environmental impacts, understanding oneself and others, and continuously developing skills through experience.
