1. Daily Gratitude- write them down (big/small) 
• When feeling good you are likely to try out 
things out of your comfort zone. 
• When feeling good it radiates to the people 
around you. It is the same when you are 
anxious, angry, worry etc. Its like people can 
“smell” what’s inside you.
