- 3. BACKGROUND Infraco is responsible for provision of the infrastructure, hence playing a “Municipal Services” role within the Royal Bafokeng Nation in terms of essential and rudimentary services. Infrastructure is provided in consultation with RBA’s Town Planning Process.
- 4. SERVICES PROVIDED: Infrastructure development Repairs & Maintenance of Infrastructure Management of Infrastructure
- 5. CAPITAL PROJECTS Implementation of new infrastructural development within the RBN villages and surrounding areas. New road-network construction Rehabilitation of existing road network Building construcution (Including relocations of houses, schools, clinics, community halls and small industries) Electrical reticulation and street lighting Waste management
- 6. WATER AND SANITATION – CAPITAL PROJECTS AND MAINTENANCE Implementation of new infrastructural development within the RBN villages and surrounding areas. Bulk water reticulation networks and upgrades including water pump stations and reservoirs Bulk sewer reticulation networks and sewer treatment plants Maintenance of existing water and sewer reticulation network systems

MAINTENANCE OF ROADS, BUILDINGS AND PARKS (OPEN SPACES AND CEMETRIES) Maintenance , upgrades and renovations of RBN buildings including electrical maintenance, gravel roads maintenance, grass cutting and de-bushing a) Buildings Maintenance (Schools, Community halls, Civic center, Conference center, Legato, Other buildings (guests houses) b) Grass cutting and de-bushing (open spaces, RBN properties, cemeteries and schools) c) Electrical maintenance (RBN properties / buildings, schools including street lightings ) d) Internal gravel roads network upgrades and maintenance e) Operations and maintenance of RBN heavy machinery (TLB’s , grades, water trucks etc..)
- 8. PROFFESIONAL SERVICES Land surveyor . a) Stand demarcation and alignment to suit the Town planning layouts b) Street alignment c) Fencing of street alignment and replacements
- 9. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT Support structures for INFRACO operations a) Human Resources coordination b) Procurement and auxiliary services c) Call Center - Reports on faults or repairs required.
