THE TWELVE PREFERENCES
The 12 Preferences
Defining The Graph Energies in the Comfortable areas are energies we like in ourselves and others. Energies in the Uncomfortable areas are energies we reserve for ourselves, and we don’t like in others.
The Focused Preference is any graph where the second energy is less that 75% of the first energy. The first energy is the focus with all other energies used to support the first energy. This preference is known as either; Director, Encourager, Supporter or Monitor.
The Shared Preference is any graph where the second energy is more that 75% of the first energy. The first two energies are typically shared and the other two are typically used to support the first two energies. The preference is known as either: Stimulator, Assister, Synchronizer, or Developer.
Yellow and Blue energies generally will manifest its self when the person is experiencing a life style transition. This can be either personal (buying a new house, moving to a new city, having a child, etc.) or professional (new company, promotion, etc.) They will use their yellow energy to create ideas and their blue energy to determine which of the ideas need to be eliminated.
Red and Green energies generally will manifest its self when the person is having an internal struggle resulting in high levels of stress. This can also be either personal or professionally related. This type of graph will generally indicate that the person has a very strong desire to achieve a certain goal (Red Energy), but has a heightened awareness of the possible negative impact it will have on others (Green Energy).
Preferred Energies The importance we give to each of these energies is measured by being preferred, strongly preferred or extremely preferred. Preferred generally indicates they favor this energy over other energies but it doesn’t necessarily define how they feel or think. Strongly Preferred generally indicates they will become very persuasive and might actively attempt to influence others about how they feel or think. Extremely Preferred generally indicates they might become extremely passionate and might force on others how they feel or think.
Suppressed Energies The importance we give to each of these energies is measured by being preferred, strongly preferred or extremely preferred. Suppressed generally indicates they are uncomfortable with this energy but tend not to resist even though they see no need to express this energy. Strongly Suppressed generally indicates they will experience a high level of stress if they are asked to express this energy when they feel or think it serves no purpose. Extremely Suppressed generally indicates they might become extremely resistant to using this energy, may have very high levels of stress and even refuse to express this energy.
