This document presents a broker-based framework for integrated Service Level Agreement (SLA) management in Software as a Service (SaaS) provisioning, addressing challenges like service selection, SLA negotiation, and compliance monitoring. The proposed framework includes a SaaS broker that mediates between consumers and providers, optimizes feature selection based on quality of service (QoS), and utilizes third-party monitoring for SLA compliance. It aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SLA negotiations while ensuring that consumers' expectations are met consistently.
